CONTOURZ- In Love Wid Da Unusual!

The beauty of a flower they say is in its contradictions, so small in size, yet big on fragrance, so meek in stature, yet huge on beauty, so short in life, yet long on impact.
It all starts when one fine sunny day; we walk in through the gates of Seth Jai Parkash Mukand Lal Institute of Engineering and Technology to mark the beginning of a metamorphosis which will eventually add a new dimension to ourselves.

This is where we live, enjoying the serene beauty of the campus in scintillating whites. A place we’d love calling our home for the coming 4 years.

But, it doesn’t take us long to find the rooms of the IT block.

A step closer to the girl’s hostel! We soon learn the college lingo and go to the classroom,Here study prevails during exams and fun the rest of the year…We love calling it our classroom but the authorities insist that we call it, “JMIT CANTEEN”.Thus, we decide to take a ‘gedi’ around the campus corridors to familiarize ourselves with the different colours of JMIT. As we leave the cafeteria a peek into the Goyal Mansions reveals a stressed out Goyal Bhaiya busy recharging.As we move into the plaza, We see this place: “Human species is banned inside”, warns couple of seniors going through their endless sessions of gossip. Moving further we come across a window which has been fed with currency notes for the last 13 years but the hunger never seems to subsidise.We move through the deserted lanes of ECE and IT blocks locating couples along the way who just disappear into thin air as soon as they see a camera in our hands.And finally we reach… …the mechanical block, a place very much devoid of the female species and a haven of Boys. Now back to where it all started…
And some months down the line here we are, standing on the stage staring into the glaring flash lights, enjoying the moment as we receive this prize for our year long toil. Some images run through our subtle minds, big dreams in our inexperienced eyes and we thank god for giving us the moment when we decided to work together and call ourselves, CONTOURZ, In Love Wid Da Unusual!
